Understand the route and vehicle requirements

Recovery lead cards show collection and delivery postcode areas, road mileage, the estimated recovery price, vehicle mileage, condition, service type and passenger needs. A customer enquiry is labelled separately from confirmed paid recovery work.

How it works

Apply and complete approval, then subscribe to Recovery. Set your service range and turn Recovery listings on or off. Contact the customer through their selected methods and confirm the final price and availability.

One category or all three

Recovery, Scrap and Salvage cost £29.99 each per calendar month, including any applicable VAT. Two cost £59.98; all three cost £89.97. Choose auto-renewal for each subscription, or manage renewal for all subscribed categories together. Switching renewal off keeps access until the paid period ends. Access then stops unless payment renews it.

Lead availability depends on area and demand. Approval and payment do not guarantee work, offers or income.

Use Driver WorkWorld on your phone

The mobile driver portal works in your browser and can be added to your home screen. Sign in to manage your category access, filters and leads. It is not an App Store or Google Play download.
