Upload your documents
Add the front and back of your driving licence, motor trade or recovery insurance, Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Use your phone camera, photo library or a PDF.

VV247 reviews your profile, vehicle suitability and documents before approving your application. You remain responsible for keeping your vehicle, qualifications and cover valid for the work you undertake.

Set up your bank details securely through Stripe for recovery payouts. After approval, select Recovery, Scrap and/or Salvage subscriptions at £29.99 each per month.

Driver questions
Who can apply?
Independent recovery drivers and vehicle transport businesses with a suitable vehicle, the required licence and insurance can apply. This network is for drivers carrying out the work, not job agents.
Do I pay before my application is approved?
No. Applying is free. After approval, choose Recovery, Scrap and/or Salvage, each with its own £29.99 monthly subscription.
Can I upload documents from my phone?
Yes. The application offers a phone-camera button, photo-library selection and PDF uploads. Open the portal in your device browser if an in-app browser limits camera access.
How do drivers receive payments?
Drivers add bank details and complete any required checks securely with Stripe. Agreed payment records appear after VV247 confirms completion. Bank arrival follows Stripe processing and the payout schedule.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Turn auto-renewal off for one subscription or all subscribed categories. Access continues until each paid period ends. Without another verified payment, access to that service then stops.
Is work guaranteed?
No. Applications, approval and membership do not guarantee work. Opportunities depend on customer demand, location, availability and vehicle suitability.
