Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the VV247 Recovery & Breakdown website and to enquiries or bookings made through it.

Website information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current, but service availability, pricing, estimated arrival times and vehicle suitability may vary according to the circumstances of each job.

Quotes

Any online or verbal indication of price is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a booking price. A final price may depend on vehicle type, condition, location, access, distance, waiting time, recovery equipment required and other circumstances known when the job is assessed.

Bookings

A booking is accepted only when VV247 confirms that the requested service can be provided. Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle, locations and circumstances of the job.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and accurate access information and disclose relevant vehicle issues or hazards. Customers must not instruct VV247 to undertake unlawful or unsafe work.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use website content for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those rights, VV247 is not responsible for losses that are indirect or unforeseeable in the circumstances.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies from its stated update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
